Use of the Application

COLREG Simulator is an educational simulation application designed to support learning and practice of COLREG rules. The app does not replace official maritime training, certification, or legal compliance requirements.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the application for lawful purposes only
• Provide accurate information when required (e.g., username)
• Not misuse, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the application

Premium Subscription

COLREG Simulator offers an optional premium subscription. Premium subscribers:

• Gain unlimited access to all content
• Experience the application without advertisements
• Are not subject to lives or cooldown limitations

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google’s payment terms. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Google Play.

Offline Use

Premium users may use the application without an active internet connection, except for features that require online services such as advertisements or subscription verification.

Advertisements

Free users may see advertisements provided by Google AdMob. COLREG Simulator does not control the content of third-party advertisements.

Data & Privacy

User data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. All gameplay data is stored locally on the user’s device.

Limitation of Liability

COLREG Simulator and its developers are not liable for: Any decisions made based on information provided by the app. Any loss, damage, or consequences arising from the use of the application. The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
